What is NEO ?
NEO is the official Axa Partners eCommerce solution enabled to commercialize Insurance Policies or One Shot/On Demand Services.
The NEO eCommerce solution is made out of fully integrated components since as :
- NEO Back Office : to modelize the contracts, catalogs and pricings for each partnership
- Agent Channel : to host external accounts for Brokers and Travel Agents to access NEO from the internet
- Liferay : to expose NEO to the general public on internet thus allowing direct B2C sales
- Salesforce : to host the policies and services created through the NEO front ends
NEO is also integrated to eCare Claims and Case Management System as well as ICVC Policy external sources data base
